Harwich High School hosted our fifth annual Civil Liberties Panel with Superior Court Judge Robert Rufo, assisted by Assistant District Attorney Edward Lynch and Defense Attorney Robert Hofmann. Mr. Dickson substituted in the role of the patrol officer. We conducted a mock pre-trial hearing involving a car stop and search for the first session, and response to an underage party in the second. A special thank you to Judge Rufo for his contenting commitment to community outreach and legal education, and to ADA Lynch and Atty Hofmann for sharing their time and expertise.
